Ann Carol Gnemi of Greenwood recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Ann Carol is pictured with Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann and Senator Lydia Graves Chassaniol who sponsored her visit. Ann Carol is the daughter of Will and Kimberly Gnemi and attends Pillow Academy. When asked about the week, Ann Carol said, "This week I was given the amazing opportunity to be a Senate Page at the Mississippi State Capitol. I have met so many amazing people and learned so much on how Mississippi government works on a day-to-day basis. I hope to apply what I have learned to my local community. I would like to thank Senator Chassaniol for giving me this once in a lifetime experience. I hope anyone who is granted this opportunity will take it and enjoy it as much as I have."
