Official Electronic Transcripts

Pillow Academy has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice! The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Colleges and universities only accept official electronic transcripts through an eScript company such as Parchment. Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it.  Users will be notified when their request is complete and can track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.

The cost to send a transcript is free for Pillow Academy students. Pillow Academy Class of 2020 graduates will be considered alumni after August 1, 2020. Alumni will pay $5 per transcript.

All transcripts for Pillow Academy students and alumni through the Class of 2016 are processed through Parchment.  Please note that transcript requests received through email cannot be processed by Pillow Academy. Transcripts will NOT be released if a student has an outstanding balance or any type of hold. Please click on the link for transcript requests: ORDER TRANSCRIPT through Parchment.
