Admission and Registration 2025 - 2026 

Registration information and forms are available on our website and are accessible to print out and complete or to complete online for returning families. Please call or email Director of Admissions, Catherine Fisher, if you would like to schedule an appointment for a school tour, to obtain additional information, to schedule testing for an incoming new student, or to deliver a completed Application for Admission.

Registration Fee: $225.00 

This payment must be submitted with all new family applications. Fee will be waived for all current families that register by February 11, 2025. 


Pledge Fee: $240.00 

All families must make a fair share pledge of $240.00 per year as long as they have a child enrolled. This can be paid in one lump sum or 12 monthly payments.

Plan II - Payment in Full   

This is a one-time payment for tuition and pledge amount. A post-dated check dated no later than March 31, 2025, must be sent to the PA office by February 11, 2025, to avoid a late registration fee. No exceptions. Payment in full after the March 31, 2025 date will not receive the 3% discount on tuition. Discount is not applicable to the $240.00 Pledge Fee which also must be paid in full to receive the discount on tuition.

The signed and completed Educational Enrollment Contract and Financial Agreement for 2025 - 2026 Term can be completed online or printed and returned to the admissions office by mail or in person by February 11, 2025. The registration fee will be waived for families with returning students who meet the February 11 deadline. Any packet received after February 11 must be accompanied by the $225.00 registration fee (without exception).

The completed enrollment packet can be completed online or printed and returned to the admissions office by February 11, 2025. Family with New Student Admission:

For new students, the completed Application for Admission and supporting documentation should be delivered in person by appointment to the Director of Admissions, Catherine Fisher, by February 11, 2025.  Her contact information is listed above and her office is located in the Hardeman Hall Business Office (the high school building). The $225.00 non-refundable registration fee must accompany the completed application to be considered for enrollment.  Upon receipt of the completed enrollment packet and registration fee, the admissions department will contact you with a date and time for your child’s testing.

Tuition Assistance:

Tuition assistance may be available to qualifying families with a fully enrolled student. Contact Catherine Fisher for details on completing the process.
