FACTS SIS is the school administration software used by Pillow Academy. FACTS SIS manages our student information and allows online access to student information over a secure web connection. This program also allows our teachers to keep parents up to date with real time updates, including grades, attendance and discipline. Students and Parents can each have their own separate login.

Classrooms will take you to a screen with a list of your student(s) classes.  Classes will have attendance, and behavior notices.

Gradebook Summary will display all classes for each student.

Progress Reports are available online anytime.  They will also be emailed weekly to the email address used to login to FACTS SIS.  If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s progress report, please email your teacher or call the office to schedule a parent/teacher conference. Each Sunday afternoon a link to your student’s progress report will be emailed.  You may print progress reports or report card from your computer at any time.

Student Schedules will take you to a screen with a list of your student(s), simply click on a name and the student’s schedule will be displayed.

Report Cards are also available through FACTS SIS. At the end of each Nine-Week grading period, emails will be sent with a direct link to your student’s report card.
